  6. Expert Installation: Arrive at the authorized body shop on your scheduled date. Skilled technicians will install your eShade roof quickly and professionally, ensuring a perfect fit.

Who will be doing the installation?

The installation will be completed by your nearest participating eShade installer.

What does the installation cost?

There is no additional cost for installation, it's included in the price.

Can I install eShade myself, or do I need a professional?

Professional installation is required and we recommend that it be done at an auto repair shop. If you would like to explore installing it yourself, please email hello@iceglaze.net

Once I have the product, how long does the installation itself take?

The installation typically takes about 1 to 1.5 hours.

My car is leased. Can I still install eShade, and is it easy to remove later?

Yes, installation is possible on leased vehicles, and it can be removed if needed.

What car models does eShade work with?

IceGlaze is currently available for the Tesla Model Y and Model 3

Do you plan to offer eShade for other car models or brands?

Yes, we plan to expand based on market demand. Visit our website and sign up for our emails for updates.

Is eShade available for the windshield or side windows?

Currently, IceGlaze is only available for the panoramic glass roof of the Tesla Model Y and Model 3.

Why is the price for Model Y higher than for Model 3?

The roof on the Model Y is significantly larger and consists of a full glass panel, which we tint entirely. This requires more material and additional time for installation, increasing both the complexity and the overall cost compared to the rear windows of the Model 3.

Does eShade affect the structural integrity or safety rating of my vehicle’s roof?

No, it does not!

Warranty, returns, & policies

Is there a warranty, and how long does it last?

Yes, eShade includes a two-year warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

It covers issues related to the dimming functionality of the eShade roof. It also covers the functionality of the remote control.

Can I return eShade if I’m not satisfied after it’s installed?

Returns are not accepted for reasons unrelated to product quality once installation is complete.

Will installing or using eShade affect my Tesla’s factory warranty?

No, it will not affect your factory warranty.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders in the contiguous US. Shipping starts from $99 for International orders.

What are the estimated delivery times?

  • Domestic (U.S.): Within 3-5 days
  • International: Within 7-21 days

Can I change my delivery address or adjust my order after checkout?

If your order hasn’t shipped, you can contact our support team to update the address. If it has already shipped, our team will attempt to intercept and reroute it.
